U-Belong is a dynamic Learnership and Development program hosted by T3 Telecoms SA, a distribution and technology company in South-Africa that provides telecommunication products and services to the formal and informal markets. The program focuses on job creation, education and addressing the digital divide in South-Africa. The U-Belong program launched in August 2021, has since created the opportunity to employ 400 unemployed individuals within the greater communities of Gauteng.
