We have a letter of intent for offtake of 100 000 metric tons of maize per annum with the largest buyer of maize in South Africa. We have the land to grow the maize in an idean area where we will not need to water the maize ( corn ) in South Africa. We are looking for a JV partner who has the funding as well as expertise to do the business. The off-take will provide specific seeds and will do own harvesting in our fields and take the produce to their premises. The required funding to get this project going is about US$6m to give us an annual revenue of US$35m per annum. We only require the initial investment of US$6m and the business will finance its activities from the US$35m revenues going forward.
