Project finance professional with years of hands on experience in deal sourcing for financing, investment due diligence and appraisal including as Team Leader, deal structuring with specialisation in plain vanilla and mezzanine debt instruments, all done within a development finance institutional setting. Have sourced, evaluated and successfully closed investment deals across various economic sectors and in nine (9) Southern African countries. Worked at Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ), a national development bank for thirteen (13) years before joining Norsad Agency, now Norsad Finance Limited in 2003, a regional impact investment company offering bespoke debt and mezzanine financing solutions to mid-market growth companies in Southern Africa. Left Norsad as Principal Investment Officer to re-join DBZ as Chief Investment Officer in June 2018.
