U-Belong is a dynamic Learnership and Development program
hosted by T3 Telecoms SA, a distribution and technology
company in South-Africa that provides telecommunication
products and services to the formal and informal markets.
The program focuses on job creation, education and
addressing the digital divide in South-Africa. The U-Belong
program launched in August 2021, has since created the
opportunity to employ 400 unemployed individuals within the
greater communities of Gauteng. The key focus of the
U-Belong program will be to upskill these individuals on
Sales and Operational selling skills, and to ensure that
each individual that was previously unemployed will have
the ability to sustain and maintain a monthly income,
therefore integrating these individuals into the
mainstream economy
