For well over 70 years , Vital Engineering and Angus Macleod has established a reputation for providing quality products and exceptional service in the manufacture of all types of Steel gratings, stair treads, pressed floors , safety handrails in various configurations ( Tubular type, Solid Forged and Angle Stanchion) and expanded metal , our products can be supplied in various material grades and finishes. We are certified as an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturer.
We stock and supply a range of GRP/FRP Grating , hand railing and structural sections for projects where the operating conditions are highly corrosive and not suitable for steel products
We also provide a service to provide tailored grating panels (complete with kick flats and nosing) which allows construction teams to safely install flooring for steady site construction.
Our manufacturing facility in Boksburg( Gauteng, South Africa) occupies an area of 33 000 sqm with the Fabrication, loading and overhead crane facilities occupying an area of 18 000sqm.
We have a long history of supplying our products into the domestic market as well as exporting into most Sub Saharan locations and the Indian Ocean Islands,
