Vani Moodley is the Chief Executive at Vani Moodley & Associates (Pty) Ltd, a global Entrepreneurship, Management, Leadership and Employee Wellness training, coaching and development company. She has thirty three years of experience in the respective sectors training trainers, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and employees at a global level. She has held national leadership positions in various institutions and served on various boards including Past chairman and founder member Women Building our Africa Financial Services Primary Co-operative licensed by the Reserve Bank of South Africa, Past Vice President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Past Chairman (Durban) and member of the national board Businesswomen’s Association South Africa.
She has travelled, networked, presented conference papers and worked in 26 different countries and three islands in the world and has provided services to clients such as, Seda, The Dti, the GTZ (now GIZ), Oxfam America, The International Labour Organisation, The World Islamic Economic Forum, the Government of Nigeria, the World Bank International Finance Corporation (IFC), global multinationals (trainer of senior leaders, managers and executives) through Work Place Options for clients such as Goodyear, Walt Disney, Mastercard Foundation, Solvay, KBR, Aptar, NetApp, Johnson Mathey, Amazon, Cerner, OCBC Bank, ABB Group, CLSA, Organon, Saudi Aramco (face to face training) and many others. She actively fosters trade links between South African and global business. She represented the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry in her capacity as Vice President at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Malta.
Vani is currently authoring a book on Women Leadership for publication in 2023. The book captures an anthology of experiences of women leaders and entrepreneurs around the world.
