My name is Gopal Masand and i am a Resident (Resident Permit holder ) in Lusaka. I am originally from India and had come to Lusaka in 1996 on a self employment permit . I worked for 4 years as sales person and after that i started my own trading (importing goods from China and India) for 8 years . Finally in 2008 i started manufacturing Biscuits with a small set up and in 2010 i extended to a bigger line a of biscuits manufacturing . In 2017 I started manufacturing Chocolates with Biscuits and expanded the business by exporting my goods to nearby countries Malavi and DRC Congo. My work is my passion and want to extend my business further by getting into different manufacturing segments. My love for cooking inspired me to do a practical course for chocolate from ZDS academy of sweets Germany before i started chocolate manufacturing.

Monginis bakers ltd is a private company . Currently we are 3 Partners , I am the active partner and other 2 are sleeping partners (Indians but Zambian Passport holders).
We started operation in 2008 with a small setup and then expanded to 2 biscuit lines , 1 wafer biscuit line and one Chocolate manufacturing line.
The Biscuit line and wafer line was bought from India and the Chocolate line we had bought from Turkey (Konya).
We manufacture different varieties of biscuits and Chocolates .
There are no liabilities towards any Banks till Date.
