Oscar more than 15 years’ experience in business development, research and marketing and has worked in more than 15 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. An expert in marketing, trade, quantitative and qualitative research methods; he is a specialist in business development and project management.
Oscar is a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) and the Marketing and Social Research Association (MSRA).
Ipsos was established in Zambia in 2004 and currently has a total of 25 permanent staff and more than 200 temporary staff that are engaged on a study project, these include enumerators, supervisors and moderators.
Ipsos is a full consulting firm with great understanding of local markets; expertise in methodological rigor and the most reliable and advanced data collection and analysis tools complimented by a strong team of experts. We have experience in quantitative and qualitative methods; face to face, online, phone and web-based data collection.
Ipsos has considerable experience gathering data through various data collection techniques. These include secondary (desk) and primary (qualitative and quantitative) research methodologies. Quantitative data will be collected by the use of Computer-Aided Personalized Interviews (CAPI) handheld smartphone devices with the capability of taking images and recording voice, video and GPS coordinates.
