Rajnish holds an MBA – Corporate Finance and is in the second
year of Harvard Business School’s OPM program. Rajnish has
been in the industry for twenty years directing GMC
operations. He is responsible for business planning, strategic
management and implementation. He is very active in the
Zambian Gemstone Industry and amongst many industry
initiatives, was appointed by the President of Zambia as a core
member of the Presidential taskforce on Mining. He sits on the
Boards of Zambia Manufacturing Association and the American
Chamber of Commerce in Zambia

Jewel of Africa was established over twenty
years ago by Dr. K.B. Sharma and has since
acquired an excellent reputation as exclusive
jewellers. As a family business, we place
great emphasis on teamwork. Our jewellers

The company runs six jewellery stores across
Zambia with a flagship showroom at the Intercontinental
Hotel in Lusaka where we
display the very best of Zambian gemstones.
We have maintained a strong bond and reputation
with all our local and international
clients all around the world, as we have been
able to export jewellery to far areas such as
the US, Europe, China, Australia just to mention
a few.
