Having an experience of over twenty five years in modern construction techniques of infrastructure roadway and concrete projects. Supervised projects for quality assurance, material testing, quantification and billing, financed by international agencies like USAID, World Bank and African Development Bank. The work responsibilities included adapting construction practices to adverse field conditions while still remaining within contract specifications. Conversant with cement stabilized bases, lime stabilized sub- bases, earthworks, bridge works, piling, portal / box and pipe culverts, cut to spoil, layer work fills, identification & testing of borrow pits, surface dressing with pre-coated chippings, Cape seal, hot premix asphalt surfacing. Thus, in Summary - capable of working in an environment of major Concrete and Road works with latest construction methods and modern mechanized plant
