Finance and Administration expert with over 15 years e experience in the Public Sector.
I am a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM).
I have been involved ine Research work and also have been teaching Public Finance Management at the University of Malawi (Chancellor College) for a decade.
I am also a holder of Bachelor of Arts Public Administration and Master of Arts Political Science both from the University of Malawi (Chancellor College).
Among other institutions, I have worked at Mulanje District Council and Malawi Parliament as an Intern, Immigration Department, Malawi Judiciary, University of Malawi and currently am with Greenbelt Authority.

Greenbelt Authority is a body corporate established under the Greenbelt Authority Act No.23 of Malawi to champion large scale irrigation development whose main purpose is to accelerate social economic transformation through increased increased Agricultural productivity, agro processing and easy access to markets.
The Greenbelt Authority implements its planned activities to successfully achieve its corporate mandate.
The mission of Greenbelt Authority is to increase sustainable irrigated agricultural production and productivity through well developed and managed infrastructure for comprehensive utilisation of land and water resources as well as effective service delivery.
