Born and grown up in France, Hicham started his career in Europe, where he joined Fiat Group graduate program after his engineering degree at Cranfield University (UK). After various positions within Fiat Group and CNH Industrial in research and development, sales and marketing and spare parts logistics, Hicham completed his management education with an Executive MBA at ESCP Europe.
Since 2006, Hicham took the lead of New Holland Agriculture equipment business in several African countries, and he developed his expertise in doing and developing business in Africa.
